First week is now behind

The first week has gone surprisingly fast, especially because we started working on last Thursday. We also have been visiting Malta's capital city Valletta twice. It's nice town with shops and restaurants but the tourism season is still on going and you can notice that by looking the prices and the amount of people with cameras.

We have also learned something new about Malta:

• Traffic is crazy, it's a miracle if we get out alive 😁
• It is a little bit difficult to move because traffic is left sided... 
• Buses do have timetables but they still come and go however they want. It can come 15 minutes early or 40 minutes late...

We experienced the hardness by moving with the buses on Tuesday. We had to walk almost 7 kilometers back to home because last bus never came and we didn't know taxi number. You can just imagine the blisters in out feet after over one hour walking.

We also play basketball here in the team called Depiro. We both have had flu the whole week so on Wednesday we just went to see their practice and say hello to the girls. We have our first game next Tuesday so that's going to be interesting because we haven't have a chance to train here yet.

So now about the work places

HEIDI

I work in the company called S. Trek. It is distributor company but I'm working with this one new product: Go&Fun energy drink. It is a healthy option for coffeine seekers and it's actually really good! I'm going to promote the product (for example I go to parties or malls and give free tastings), do adds and just think new ideas about how we could promote it better. I already made an Instagram site to it and I'm so exited what is going to happen in the future.

MILLA

I work in the company called Outdoor Living. They organize team building events for companies and groups. My first working days have been great, because we have been working outside the whole day for example I've been at Cozo island and beach in Paceville. I also have been working with computer and preparing that everything is ready for the next event. In future  I probably will also contact the old and new customers by email and phone.

We also were in Paceville on friday night. There is multiple clubs right next to each others. That was the first time we experienced maltese nightlife and it was amazing.
